The Marine Police at Kpando have arrested a 31-year-old man, Vincent Lotsu, for the alleged unlawful cultivation and possession of narcotic substances suspected to be Indian hemp in the Volta Region.
According to a statement from the Volta North Regional Police Command, the arrest followed a routine patrol by Marine Police officers on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
