“NDC’s fortunes are going down” – Chairmanship aspirant

Lawyer Charles Obeng Inkoom, who is contesting for the Central Regional Chairman position, told MyNewsGh.com reporter Hajia Asana Gordon that the party’s fortunes in the region are declining. He promised a political recovery if elected.

“I am contesting for the Central Regional Chairmanship position to build a united party, recover the ground and mobilise even more, so that the NDC will win in 2028, and win totally,” he said.

Lawyer Obeng Inkoom also pledged to transform the party in the region and make the Central Region an NDC stronghold.

“I am here to unite the party. The word is ‘unite’, and it means something. People are standing at the window, looking at us. We will bring people together, no matter where they are coming from. We will form a united party and build a very large branch network that can withstand the propaganda of the NPP and any other party that finds itself in opposition to the NDC,” he said.
